I'm reaching out to the community for assistance regarding Databricks certification and the ongoing Databricks Learning Festival. I am looking to enroll in the Data Engineer Associate Certification program, and I understand that completing the associated course via the Learning Festival offers a significant discount of 50% in certification like that.

The Situation:

My company, [Insert Your Company Name, e.g., Ocean Blue], has been a valued Databricks Partner for over a year.
When I attempt to enroll as an individual using my personal email, I am correctly offered the Learning Festival discount.
However, when I log in or attempt to register using my corporate email address ([your company email domain]), which is linked to our partnership, I am unable to see or apply the expected discount.

My Question:

How can I ensure I receive the appropriate partner or Learning Festival discount when registering through my official company email/account? Is there a specific link, registration portal, or process that Databricks Partners should follow to access these benefits?

Any insights from Databricks representatives or fellow partners who have successfully navigated this process would be greatly appreciated.

According to the Learning Festival post, the Learning Festival incentives are for users who complete at least one self-paced learning pathway within Customer Academy between October 10 and October 31. This incentive is intended for Customer Academy participants.
If you’re a partner, I’d recommend reaching out to your Databricks Partner Account team for guidance on any partner-specific promotions or registration options.
