Unable to reschedule the exam without penality fees within 72 hours time frame

Hello team,

Is there a way , my exam can be rescheduled to next week date, as there is a family emergency and I will be unable to take the scheduled exam at the test center. I have submitted the request to support team but havent heard back from them. Any help would be highly appreciated.
