I have completed Delivery Specialisation - UC Upgrade course with assessment completion. But, unfortunately I have not yet received badge and certificate. Please check and help. I need it urgently

Hello @shubham007 ,

It can take up to 48 hours for badges/ certificates to be issued. Also please check your spam just in case it went there. If you do not receive your badge in 48 hours, please file a ticket with our support team. Please also provide them with your email address so that they can look up your account (it is not advised that you post your email address here in community)

I have checked spam folder but not found any badge mail. As almost 24 hours completed for course completion.

Team @cert-ops , almost 48 has been completed for course. Still badge and certificate has not been received on mail.
