Missed the certification exam schedule - reschedule required

I missed my scheduled Databricks Certified Data Engineer exam because my bus was delayed by over 10 hours. The exam was scheduled around midday, but I only reached my destination in the evening and couldn’t start the test.

I’ve spent considerable time preparing for this certification, and I would greatly appreciate it if the exam could be rescheduled without any additional fee. Any help would be greatly supported team.
