I recently completed the Databricks certification, and I would like to request a correction to my name on my badge and completion certificate. Please update my name as follows:

I understand that the certificate may need to be regenerated and the completion date may change. I am okay with this — please proceed with the update.

Please raise a ticket with the Databricks Support Team to update the name on your badge and certificate. They will be able to assist you with this request.

@prasad1122, You don’t need to log in for this. You can simply complete the “Contact Us” form and submit it.
