Databricks Data engineer associate (v3) test got suspended

My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate V3 exam got suspended with 45 minutes left to the exam. My exam got suspended because of audio hearing but I was not speaking as I had cough.

Some questions are so big in the exam so I had to go through whole screen to read the question.

No proctor was available to show my room or verify. I haven't received any help during my exam

I have raised a query regarding same but have not received any confirmation email.

Please kindly resume or reschedule my exam on 5th October between 12:30 am to 3 am as this certification is really important and I have to do it before 5th October
