How long it may take to receive a certification exam voucher?

I have submit a case for certification voucher on 8th Oct 2023. The link I have used is https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training

But I have not received any email communication on behalf of this. I have provided my company email ID. Can someone suggest, usually how long it may take to receive the voucher?
