Issue in receiving my databricks Certificate to wrong email becouse wrong email

Hello team,
I passed the Data Engineer associate exam two days ago and still didn't receive my certification till now cause the email provided to Kryterion was wrong, the wrong email was ataamohmed554@gmail.com, but my correct mail is ataamohamed554@gmail.com, I had corrected that one associated with Kryterion but still also didn't recieve any certificate or badge.
