      <title>Faced problems while taking Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hi Databricks Support Team,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am following up on my support request&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ticket #00863434&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;regarding the issues I faced while taking the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Databricks Data Engineer Associate&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;exam on&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;March 03, 2026 at 4:00 PM&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It has been more than five days since the ticket was created, and I have not yet received any update. I would like to reiterate that the failure was&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;entirely due to technical issues on the exam platform&lt;/STRONG&gt;, not from my side.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;To summarize the issues again for clarity:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I faced difficulty launching the exam, which started nearly&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;20 minutes late&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;During the exam, the questions repeatedly flickered&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The screen eventually turned completely white and became unresponsive&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Due to this platform behavior, I was unable to properly view or select answers&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Despite these issues, I later received an automated email stating that I failed the exam,it is due to the “exam environment,” which is incorrect. The problems were caused by&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;technical glitches in the exam delivery system&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and I fully complied with all exam requirements.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Given the circumstances, I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and that I be allowed to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;reschedule the exam or receive a retake&lt;/STRONG&gt;, as the outcome does not reflect my actual performance or preparation.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I would appreciate an update on the status of this ticket at the earliest.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thank you for your time and support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me reschedule my exam.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.databricks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51097"&gt;@Cert-Team&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.databricks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/103674"&gt;@Cert-TeamOPS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
