DataBricks Certification Exam Got Suspened. Need help in resolving the issue

I had scheduled my exam on 14th October 2023, but unfortunately, 15 minutes after starting, it was suspended due to physical and environmental issues.
I want to clarify that I have a stable internet connection and I have arranged my environment according to the exam norms and regulations.

I was there continuously in front of the camera and suddenly the alert appeared, and the support person asked me to show the whole table and I have shown the entire room and table 2-3 times.

I had also shown my exam room to the proctor. My exam got suspended due to eye movement. I was not moving my eyes away from laptop screen.
Some questions are so big in the exam so I had to go through whole screen to read the questions. And I am not sure why the support person still suspended my exam as there was nothing suspicious,
without any prior warning.

I have raised a query 3 times since my exam got suspended & tried to contact databricks support, but no one responded.

I am currently in between projects and want to get a project where I can get hands-on on Databricks.
Having appeared in exam and getting a certificate will help me get selected to a Databricks project.

Please let me know if there is any additional information you require from my side. I am eagerly awaiting your response.

Please help, my hard earned amount and time which I had put in exam preparation will be wasted
Please resolve this on high priority, this is not fair with the time, amount and efforts I have put in for this exam.

I am ready to take the exam in completely proctored environment, request you to help here.

Please resolve this on high priority.

Hi @Cert-Team,

I have responded to the reschedule mail for my convenient reschedule time for tomorrow,18 oct 2023, 15:00 Asia/Calcutta, But did not get any update or confirmation regarding the same.

The status of exam is still showing as suspended on webassessor.

Hi @Cert-Team,

My Databricks exam again it got suspended. As it previously shows eye movement error and later the proctor came online i have shown him my table fully empty only laptop is there and all four walls 4 to 5 times. Stills he suspended my exam. This is very annoying and disturbing to give this certification as this happened twice now. This certification is very important for me. So please help me to resolve this issue and reschedule my exam ASAP.
