I’ve even sent 2 follow-up emails to </SPAN><A href="mailto:training-support@databricks.com" target="_blank"><SPAN>training-support@databricks.com</SPAN></A><SPAN>, but haven’t heard back there either.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>For context, I’m a 14-year-old student in India, and have earned 5 certifications from Microsoft and Oracle for their Cloud and AI services previously. I am super keen on giving this exam in May, during my school vacations.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Is it normal for responses to take this long?
