If the issue still persists work with support team again. Hope it gets working for you soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The issue is basically related to my old Webassessor account/email and I may need the account reset/deleted/disassociated before I can book the cert test.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
