Hello Jim Anderson,

Can you please look into why a voucher for the Engineer-Associate exam has not been sent to me? I raised a ticket with support providing the screenshot of the courses completed. It appears there are additional requirements for the voucher. I've attached their response pointing me to you.

Hi Jim, Thank you for the great learning resources and the opportunity to grow through the Databricks Learning Festival. I really appreciate the effort your team puts into supporting learners like me.

I participated in the Virtual Advanced Learning Festival (15 June - 06 July 2026) and completed all required modules within the eligible learning pathway during the event window. However, I have not yet received the 50% certification exam discount voucher as of today (July 20, 2026). I have already checked both my inbox and spam folder associated with my Databricks Academy account, and no voucher has arrived.

As a recent data analytics graduate currently preparing for job applications, this voucher would mean a lot to me — I'm hoping to take and pass the certification exam in August, which would be an important milestone as I begin my career in data engineering.

Could you please help confirm whether my course completion was recorded correctly, and reissue the voucher if it was not sent?
