Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate - Download Certificate

Dear All,

I completed Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate in late 2024 or early 2025 using my previous organization email id.). But I'm unable to login to fetch my certificate as my previous organization id had become obsolete as I switched to another organization which is Cognizant currently. My name on the certificate would be "Jeyakumar Anthony", and I need my certificate now. Could someone please help share my certificate to either my gmail id or my current organization id?
