Hi,

I cannot find a feedback option in the course itself so I'll share here;

Section: Creating and Scheduling Jobs

This section confuses the parameter hierarchy which is not good as understanding the parameter hierarchy is crucial for effective job design 🙂

Task Parameters are key-value pairs or JSON arrays defined at the individual task level. These are specific to each task and allow for fine-grained control over task behavior.
Job Parameters are defined at the job level and automatically propagate to all tasks within that job. This creates a powerful inheritance model where you can set common defaults while still allowing task-specific overrides.

The precedence rule is critical to remember: Job parameters always override task parameters when the same key exists. This design pattern allows you to establish sensible defaults at the job level while maintaining the flexibility to customize individual tasks when needed.

This might be an area that can take some improvement. The section is about Task Values but it mixes in the concept of Task Parameter which I found confusing. Let me know if I've misunderstood Task Parameters versus Tasks Values as being distinct concepts.

The whitespace needs attention in this section. There is separating whitespace within each section but not between sections. A change here would improve the clarity:

Notice that within your schema you will find two tables named as sales_bronze and orders_bronze.

The table are not present. What have I done wrong?

Documentation discrepancy: The file limit is given as 1000 in the course notebook:

The UI gives 10,000 as the limit (as does the docs):

Review the course documentation will help reduce such misleading differences.

Good feedback. Parameter hierarchy can be confusing, especially when job and task parameters overlap. A simple example showing the inheritance and precedence rules would make this section much clearer.
