Hi Databricks Team @Cert-Team @Cert-TeamOPS @Cert-Bricks ,

I’m posting here because I would really appreciate an official response or guidance regarding my certification exam suspension.

My Databricks certification exam was suspended before I was able to even properly begin the exam. I had not started answering questions, and I did not knowingly violate any exam rules or engage in any malpractice.

I contacted Kryterion Support, and they informed me that the suspension was related to a “behavioral or environmental requirement” set by the test sponsor. However, they were unable to provide any specific details and instructed me to contact Databricks directly.

I have already raised this with Databricks Certification Support, but I would appreciate it if someone from the Databricks certification/community team could review this situation or advise me on the next steps.

Could someone from the Databricks team please help clarify why the exam was suspended and whether I can have the session reviewed and the exam rescheduled?

I can provide my Kryterion case number and other exam details privately if required.

Thank you.
