Hi Support Team,

Dear Support Team,

I had booked my Databricks ML Engineer Associate exam for 2 October at 12:00 PM IST. Unfortunately, I was unable to start the exam due to network and system-related issues.

I raised a support ticket request #01032912 on 2 October requesting that the exam be rescheduled, but I have not received any update on the ticket yet.

Since the scheduled exam time has already passed, I kindly request you to review my case and reschedule the exam at the earliest possible date and time.

Please let me know if you require any additional information or screenshots from my side.

I would appreciate your urgent assistance, as I am ready to take the exam as soon as it is rescheduled.
