My exam was suspended before I could even start it. I submitted a support ticket that stated I would receive a response within 24–48 hours, but it has now been over 96 hours. I also replied directly to the ticket confirmation email, but I still haven't received a response.

Could someone please advise on what I can do next?

Your initial automated response stated that I would receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been over 96 hours, and I have not received any update despite also replying to the ticket confirmation email.

Since this delay is impacting my schedule, please escalate this ticket immediately and provide an update on when my exam can be rescheduled or reinstated.

My laptop having some program is blocking the lockdown browser and its blocked. My exam fee refunded and I will be taking exam through test center.
