Data Engineer got suspended. Need help to resolve this issue.

Hi,

I was taking databricks data engineering associate exam today.

While taking exam , I got 2 pops saying internet is weak and after some time it showed warning like look into screen. I haven't taken my eyes off from screen

Then after some time it again showed paused and proctor will reach you.

Proctor asked to show the desk and surrounding. They where clean.

Even my mobile is out of my reach.

Then suddenly exam got suspended.

All time I was looking into screen then also exam got suspended.

I have raised a support ticket

Kindly please help to resolve this issue.

Hi ,

It almost 12 hours I have raised ticket.

Still I didn't received any response. Can you please look into this issue and help me. I have provided complete details of webassessor in the ticket.

This certification is very important for me.

Hi Vijay, your issue is resolved?. because my exam also got suspended today during finishing time and got frustrated. Please let me know your status?. have you completed the exam?.
