Ask about course from Partner Academy Calendar~ Need help to unenroll!!!

Hi, I just checked the Instructor-Led Training on the Partner Academy Calendar to see whether it’s free or not. Now it shows that I’ve already enrolled — how can I unenroll from it? Is this training paid? I don’t see any payment method, maybe because I’m using a partner account. Any help would be appreciated!

I am not sure how you can unroll them but if you want to enroll for future programs,

then > go to dashboard > check available courses > select view details > in the instructor led programs > you will see future sessions to be held > select one of them > you will receive emails regarding the sessions.

You can’t directly unenroll from the session yourself. Since you didn’t encounter a payment step during enrollment and are using the Partner Academy, this indicates that the ILT training is free in this case. To unenroll, please raise a ticket with the Databricks Support team, and they’ll assist you further.
