Hello @Hitch!

Your Vocareum Lab access includes a total of 720 minutes (12 hours). However, time continues to count down whenever your lab environment is running, even if you’re not actively working. For example, if the session remains open in your browser or is left idle, it will still use up your allocated minutes. The only way to pause usage is to end the lab and reopen it when required.
Once your total minutes are used up, you unfortunately won’t be able to relaunch the lab.
If you have any questions on the timer details, I recommend reaching out to support by raising a ticket for further assistance.

I only started using the Vocareum Lab on 2 days ago and it already says I've used the 12 hours usage time yet I've barely been on it for 3 hours most. I notice on the first day it showed I'd used 4 hours yet I'd only been in it for 1 hour. So yesterday I made a massive point to terminate the session when I wasn't using it for more than 30 minutes. This was a pain as I had to keep on uploading all the practice files again each time. But when I logged on this morning it says I've used the full 12 hours now!! How is this possible?? I've contacted Vocareum who say's I need to contact Databricks.

Can anyone please help as this is now restricting my learning path..

The thing is I made a point of terminating the session and made sure that it showed 'terminated' before closing down my browser. Yet it doesn't look like the termination stopped the counter and it's carried on using up my usage..This isn't the first time this has happened to me and it's getting ridiculous now. If the termination doesn't work what else should I be doing!
