      <title>Unable to Access Databricks Customer Academy Platform</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently facing an issue accessing the Databricks Customer Academy platform. When I attempt to visit &lt;A href="https://customer-academy.databricks.com" target="_new" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;://customer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-academy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.databricks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;, I receive the following error message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"You are not authorized to access &lt;A href="https://customer-academy.databricks.com" target="_new" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;://customer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-academy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.databricks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. Please select a platform you can access from the following list."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this access issue. Please let me know if any additional information is required to help address the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
