Help me with this suspension

Hello everyone,

I had my Machine learning associate exam today only (9 30 PM IST 4 December)

The exam did not go as planned. First the browser was stuck on trying to close Edge browser , which in reality was not even open at the moment, then same to brave and chrome. Finally it stuck and I had to reboot the device.
Ten minutes into the exam the proctor comes, asks for the video of my whole desk, and then walls. He asked for desk twice.

After this at many instances the algorithm kept telling me to keep my eyes on the screen which I had. Even at a few times I was just reading the question and it said I was not looking. Maybe it is because of the squint (medical condition) I don't really know but at the end of exam as I was about to submit it, they said I had reached the limit and suspended it.

Kindly help me with this as I need to show it to the employer.
