Unable to take Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals Quiz/Exam

I have completed all the learning modules for Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals Quiz/Exam, but when I am trying to take the exam or the quiz, I am facing an error page. I have gone through with the instruction provided in databricks website, but the problem still persists. I have my completion certificate of the course with me, which I am posting here. Please guide how I can solve this issue.
