for "Professional Services Practice Lead"

the CRITERIA is :
Attainment of the Professional Services Practice Lead Badge requires the candidate to pass a series of interviews by the Databricks services organizations.

what is series of interviews "by the Databricks services organizations" ?

i m worker of big company, partner of databricks - how to get those interviews?
