Kryterion suspended my certification exam

Hi Team,
I have given the Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark - Python Exam on18-05-2025. I was continuously in front of the camera and an alert came and the proctor asked me to show the entire room and bed. And I have shown him entire view. Later I was suspended from the exam. Though there was nothing suspicious, I was not allowed to continue the exam. Please solve the issue. I really need to complete the certification for my job further. It is mandatory in our company to complete the exam. Please look through the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I want to complete the certification and start working on databricks based project for my company, so please consider rescheduling my exam soon.
