DataBricks Certification Exam Got Suspended. Require Immediate support

I encountered a pathetic experience while attempting my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification exam. This is a completely unethical process to harass the examinee and lose concentration. I lost my mind completely due to this pathetic exam process.

I applied for Databricks Certified: Data Engineer Professional certification on 2nd Feb 2024. The test was going fine for me but suddenly there was an alert from the system due to eye movement whenever I was thinking about the solution or even blinking my eyes or looking up and down. After some time, another alert came, this time there was a proctor asking me to show the room and desk again. I showed the desk and room multiple times and there was nothing suspicious in the room, still he/she suspended my test.

I would like to request you to investigate my recently suspended exam and I am ready to take my exam at a nearby certified exam center to avoid such a pathetic experience again by proctor.

I would prefer to give the exam at Kryterion Test Center instead of online exam via online proctor due to the pathetic experience of Kryterion online proctor and their poor support service. The proctor should verify pre-requisite environmental checks before starting the exam as Pearson Vue Proctor does, instead of interrupting between the certification exam which loses entire examinee concentration. Your poor AI Proctor even sends an alert while reading the question, Blinking the eyes, up & down eye movements during the thinking process and then suddenly suspends the exam. How one person can sit for 2 hours on a system without eye movement and blinking the eyes.

Please take appropriate action to improve Kryterion AI Proctor before wasting the time of candidates.

@Cert-Team I have similar issue. My exam got suspended without even starting. Similar to the snippet in this url https://kryterion.my.site.com/support/s/article/What-To-Do-When-An-Auto-Suspension-Occurs?language=en_US please advise how can I relaunch or reschedule the exam. Thanks.

I've been asked to constantly show my room, multiple times without any reason, which is a violation of my privacy. Who knows what/who is watching your room on the other side, and besides, there is no reason given, even though I asked multiple times for him/her to provide a reason, why I need to show my full room.

The exam is a real joke. I will never take it again.

Hi @Cert-Team, I had similar issue. My exam got suspended too. I had already completed my exam when it got suspended. So you can either evaluate and provide the results or help me reschedule the exam. I have raised a request - #00750846, its been more than 3 days, still no response from the Databricks team. I am frustrated at this point. Please provide a solution for this issue.
