Help to get the swags for the event.

Hello Team,

I am hosting my first event on 13th September. The date is final, but the venue is something that I am working on, due to I am not creating the event. I'll be able to create it within a day or two.

Can you please help me understand how I can order the swags for the event and how I can give the audience access to the resources?
