    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dear Team/Program Manager,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you are doing well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am writing regarding a technical issue I encountered while attempting to launch my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam,&lt;BR /&gt;which was scheduled for 17th February 2026 1700H Asia/Calcutta. During the launch process, the LockDown Browser (OEM) opened successfully&lt;BR /&gt;and the system check process started. However, the process repeatedly got stuck during the microphone testing step of the system check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I attempted to relaunch the secure browser multiple times and repeated the system check, but the issue persisted each time at the microphone verification stage. Because of this, I was unable to proceed to the exam interface. Unfortunately, while trying to resolve the issue, the scheduled exam window expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Afterward, I received the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately, we are unable to effectively proctor your exam at this time, due to the technical issues you experienced.&lt;BR /&gt;We want to help you resolve this issue so that you can complete your exam with minimal delay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please follow the steps below:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Exit the exam by clicking the X in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Open the link to our Community Portal by clicking here.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click the pink Kryterion icon in the lower right-hand corner of the window.&lt;BR /&gt;4. When speaking with our support bot, request to speak to an associate after providing your email and name.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Let our Customer Support Advocate guide you through a technology review process to resolve the technical issues."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also contacted Kryterion support and raised an inquiry (#D28B1R), but I have not yet received a response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had dedicated significant time and effort preparing for this exam, and it was disappointing that I was unable to attempt it due to a technical issue during the system check process. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this situation and helping me reschedule the exam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your time and consideration.
