Databricks Exam got suspended

Hi,
I attended Databricks certified associate developer for apache spark 3.0- scala on 09 July 2023(today). At 7.35pm suddenly got a notice stating that due to eye movement away from exam your exam got suspended.
I had completed the exam and was at the last state to review all questions and submit the exam. This happened and exam got suspended. Due to my eye sight I have short sight and I used to wear powered glasses for more then 6 years now, due to that I have issue in the eye like if i see brightscreen for some mins I get water filled in eye due to which i just move my head away from the exam screen and this message showed up.
Please help me with it to resolve the issue.
I have raised this issue with the same reason in https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training
but still there is no reply or any ticket regrading the issue...
