It would also be nice if there was an official databricks account we tag when we have issues needing support or general suggestions

Yes it should be great if we have any databricks official group to tag, I think as of now we can contact support if we have any issues with databricks.

I think you can tag the Admins or the Community managers where they can help you with some relevant answers , tagging a few I know.
