My Databricks Professional Data Engineer exam has suspended , Need help Urgently (17/07/2024)

Hello Team,

I encountered Pathetic experience while attempting my Professional Data Engineer DataBricks certification. Abruptly, Proctor asked me to show my desk, after 30 mins of exam showing he/she asked multiple times.. wasted my time and then suspended my exam. I have passed Data Engineer associate exam from same place and room.

I want to file a complaint as I was not involved in any unfair means. Also, I want to request resume my exam where I left.

This is serious, I have paid and attempted exam ethically. I was not expecting this behaviour a from proctor. I had few personal items like mobile (in switched off condition) and id card lying around desk.. this doesn't mean I was cheating Also we are databricks partner delivering solutions to many clients for Databricsk and this was not expected from Databricks.(yashodip.takore@databricks.com)

Please resolve this on high priority.

Hi @Retired_mod,

Earlier today, when I tried to attempting to check the status of my exam on Webassessor "LOGIN (webassessor.com)" but I was redirected to "https://sb01.webassessor.com/wa.do?page=defaultLogin", I noticed that under my assessment, there was an option available to retake the exam. Believing that the previous issue regarding exam suspension had been resolved, I went ahead and scheduled the exam for tomorrow using that interface.

However, upon closer inspection within my profile settings, I discovered that there is a different email address associated with my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to change this email address myself.

Given these discrepancies, I am now uncertain about the status of my scheduled exam and whether I should proceed with it tomorrow. Could you please urgently review this matter and provide guidance on whether I should proceed with the exam as scheduled?

Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know at your earliest convenience.
