      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can get DBU consumption reports using the &lt;STRONG&gt;Azure Portal&lt;/STRONG&gt; (for Azure SQL), through &lt;STRONG&gt;Metrics&lt;/STRONG&gt; under your database's "Usage" section, or via &lt;STRONG&gt;Dynamic Management Views (DMVs)&lt;/STRONG&gt; like sys.dm_db_resource_stats in SSMS. Third-party tools like &lt;STRONG&gt;SQL Sentry&lt;/STRONG&gt; also offer usage insights without querying system tables directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
