      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to install a wheel file which is in my volume to a serverless cluster, getting the below error@ken&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.databricks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9"&gt;@Retired_mod&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="java"&gt;Note: you may need to restart the kernel using %restart_python or dbutils.library.restartPython() to use updated packages.
