Missing Genie - Upload File Feature in Preview Section

Despite having admin privileges for both the workspace and Genie Workspace, we are unable to see the "Genie - Upload File" feature under the Preview section, even though the documentation indicates it should be available.

We also attempted switching regions, but the option still does not appear.

If you see the attached Screenshot, I could able to see Genie Data Sampling but not Genie Upload File.

Could you please help us understand why this feature isn’t visible on our end?

Hello @BhavyaSreeBanga!

The Genie - Upload File option might need to be explicitly enabled by your Databricks account team, even if you have admin access and can see other Genie features. It’s worth checking with your account team to see if it’s been turned on for your workspace.

it supports csv and excel datasets as of now with condition that files must be smaller than 200 MB and contain fewer than 100 columns during the preview period and files uploaded will be available in the conversation window where they were added.
