My Databrick exam got suspended just for coming closer to laptop screen to read question and options

Hi team,
My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam got suspended within 10 minutes.
I had also shown my exam room to the proctor. My exam got suspended due to eye movement. I was not moving my eyes away from laptop screen. It's hard to focus and read each transparent options on 14inches laptop, so have to do to and fro to read the questions.
I have raised a query regarding same but have not received any confirmation email.

Please kindly reschedule my exam by today or tomorrow as I have urgent need to provide this certification to my employer else, I would be fired.

@Cert-Team Please help me to reschedule it within next 24 hours.

I am also facing the same issue. My exam got suspended due to unforeseen circumstances. I assure you that I have consistently adhered to the examination guidelines. I never moved my eyes away from laptop screen. I have raised a ticket multiple times but have not received any confirmation mail.

@Cert-Team Request you to please reschedule the exam as it is very important to me.

Was trying to read the questions but the proctor keep on insisting to look into the exam and don't look around and the exam got suspended. Please look into it for the request raised and reschedule as soon as possible.

Hi Databricks team,

I attended the examination for Databricks certified Data engineer associate exam on Jan 18th 2025 at 1pm and I was left with last 10 questions when my exam got paused and later after showing room my video stream stopped and they have suspended my exam now saying I did not meet the Behavioural or Environmental Requirement. Since I did not use any unfair means and throughout the examination I have only focused on the laptop screen please resume my test where i was to complete my test.

I raised the ticket on 18th Jan 2024 but till today I am not received any response.

@Cert-Team Please look into this matter at the earliest.

Hi Databricks team, I took the exam yesterday and was suspended, I had problems starting the application and so I had to change PCs. I mistakenly left the old computer on the desk turned off. During all this, however, I never moved my eyes from the monitor.
I would need an answer, whether to repeat the exam or continue it quickly.
Who can I contact? Having already opened the ticket?
