Unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no way to restore a deleted job cluster. I recommend reaching out to support for assistance.

The job run history is retained for 60 days, so I suggest exporting the results before they expire if needed.

Hello, as @Takuya-Omi has mentioned, as of now there is no way to restore a deleted job.

What you need is the code used for the job so you can create a new one?

Thank you for your help, fortunately I just need the job run history and is still there for 60 days as you mentioned, just extracted it. And @Walter_C yeah I do have the code to create the new one. Thanks!

Hi @iptkrisna ,

Currently, there is no option to recover deleted items. In architectures, it not necessary to control or manage the final code available in the system. Instead, the focus should be controlling and managing how code and jobs are deployed using version control and CI/CD.

For going on,

As a best practice, you can leverage "Databricks Asset Bundle" or Terraform to deploy and manage Databricks jobs, ensuring idempotency. I would prefer Asset Bund as they simplify Terraform as it uses Terraform under the hood.
