      <title>Recover Account Owner</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Need help recovering account owner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem: Account owner cannot sign in with its password after SSO was configured. Account owner is a DL for team ownership so it doesn't have an AWS account and can't configure in AD group since it has "+" in the email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;History:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Account owner created databricks account&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Account owner created workspace&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Account owner added groups and users of team that has AWS accounts&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;All accounts are able to sign in with SSO to workspace besides the account owner&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Account owner now can't log in to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://accounts.cloud.databricks.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://accounts.cloud.databricks.com/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;since sso is required, but there is no aws account for this user.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
