Unable to Login - Account Verification Loop

I'm having trouble logging in to my Databricks account at databricks.com. Here's what happens:

I enter my email address and password.
I receive an account verification code via email.
I enter the verification code on the login page.
Instead of logging me in, the page refreshes and prompts me to enter my email address again.

I've repeated this process several times, but I'm still unable to access my account.

Additional Information:

I have tried to clearing my browser cache and cookies.
I am using work email.

I would appreciate it if you could help me troubleshoot this login issue. Please advise on how to gain access to my Databricks account.

Hello michele123, thank you for your reply, i have latest version of chrome browser, verification code is perfect and there isn't any restrictions in my work email. I have contacted to databricks support and they are trying to resolve.

Nope i didn't got solution, even i talked to databricks help team but after 2,3 replies they stopped replying and still i can't be able to login.

Hi team, one possible issue here might be insufficient access roles.

We have a Databricks account on Google Cloud, and used a service principal to create a workspace in that account. Our user accounts are account admins, and we got stuck in a similar auth loop when trying to login to the workspace, even though we could access the account.

Fix was to simply add ourselves as workspace admins in the account console. It seems there just isn't an error message if you try login without sufficient permissions on the workspace.

OP mentioned that he is having trouble logging into the account not a workspace, in that case this fix may not be the true issue, but hopefully this helps someone with a workspace-related login loop.

I was also facing the same problem and clicking on the Sign in to Community Edition option at the bottom of the page helped me.

Hope so you're doing good, this issue might be caused by a browser compatibility problem or account-specific settings. Try logging in using an incognito window or a different browser. If the problem persists, contact Databricks support directly to verify your account and resolve the issue.

Aqui nenhum navegador do windows eu consigo entrar, tentem pelo linux e deu certo mas gostaria de fazer funcionar no windows também.

Same problem here for me I tried 10 different resend codes and nothing works. It keeps telling me invalid code.

I have same problems. I selected sign up and click Microsoft account (in my case) then it redirects me to MFA then it works. I was using "Sign in" and it keeps asking password and MFA but when I typed, it does not work. It is weird.
