I am trying to deploy a Vector Search Index using both the UI and the Python VectorSearchClient. In both cases the command is successful but in the Catalog Explorer the newly created index stalls with the status 'Provisioning Index' for hours. Previously this has only taken a few minutes to provision. I am using Azure Databricks in the West Europe region. Is this a temporary issue with databricks or are there more troubleshooting steps I can take? Thanks

It is now resolved, but we did not change anything. So it must have been a temporary (48hours) issue with Databricks.
