In both cases the command is successful but in the Catalog Explorer the newly created index stalls with the status 'Provisioning Index' for hours. Previously this has only taken a few minutes to provision. I am using Azure Databricks in the West Europe region. Is this a temporary issue with databricks or are there more troubleshooting steps I can take?
