How to download widget result into CSV

In the databricks Tutorial (https://docs.databricks.com/gcp/en/sql/get-started/sample-dashboards) , it says we can right click the widget and choose "Download as CSV".

However, in my databricks dashboard, when I right click the widgets, there is no this option. The options only contains:

1. view dataset

2. copy link to widget

3. view full screen

I wonder why would it happen and how can I download the widget result. Thanks a lot!

Are you using a legacy dashboard or an AI/BI dashboard?

Hi @lucy-ji,

Could you share a bit more detail about your setup? Specifically:

Are you creating a new dashboard from the SQL > Dashboard interface?
When you right-click and choose “View dataset”, are you taken to the Data tab (on the right side of the “Canvas” button), where you can see the query and its result?

Understanding exactly where you are in the interface will help us figure out why the “Download as CSV” option might not be appearing.

I also tried to open the example dashboard "Retail Revenue & Supply Chain Overview", but it has no“Download as CSV” option as well.

I'm creating from SQL->Dashboard-> create Dashboard.
I'm not creating dashboard from "legacy dashboard" tab. so I guess it should be AI/BI dashboard?

I find the reason is that my Admin didn't enable "SQL result download" option. Now it is solved. Thanks ALL.
