Is there a way to show values in columns instead of rows in pivot table function?

I have fields I want to show as rows, and when I want to add multiple fields under values, they show as rows instead of columns.

I want each values field to show as columns, is there a way to do this in databricks ai/bi?

Yes — Databricks AI/BI pivot tables do support showing multiple measure values as columns, not just as a single stacked “values” row.

Create a Pivot visualization and add your dimension fields under Rows, and optionally another dimension under Columns, in the editor panel.
Add each measure you want under Values (the cell area). Then adjust the Values orientation so the measures are displayed as columns instead of being stacked as a single values row. This capability landed in the December 2024 timeframe, so you should see an explicit option to place multiple measures on rows or columns in the pivot configuration.

If you’re building a very wide pivot (lots of measures multiplied by lots of column groups), keep in mind the pivot limits: up to roughly 1,000 columns by 1,000 rows. Past that, it’s usually better to simplify groupings or split the view into multiple visuals.
If your measures are still showing up as rows, double-check the Values orientation setting and confirm your workspace is on a December 2024 or newer release where the “multiple measures on rows or columns” option is available.

Never mind, I found it now! for anyone wondering, it's in the kebab menu in Values.
