How can an administrator track what actions users take in the workspace?

In AWS, they can enable audit logs and use this blog post as a starting point for how to process them into a more easily queryable state.

In Azure, they can utilize diagnostic logging.

You can monitor user access to data and other resources using Databricks Audit Logs.
