Is it possible to easily determine what libraries and which version are included in a specific DBR Version?

Runtime release notes has the details . E.g https://docs.databricks.com/release-notes/runtime/8.3ml.html

Keep an eye on the custom libraries you add to the runtime. It has dependencies. Best way is to manage it through a custom script rather than doing direct pip installs

This should be the correct path to check libraries installed with DBRs.
