Spam on forum

@Kaniz Fatma​ @Piper Wilson​ please request to add captcha to registering and sending posts on forum and spam scanner in salesforce community. If this will not solve problem posts should be first accepted by moderators.

@Hubert Dudek​ - Thank you for the suggestions. We'll check to make sure these are on our roadmap to consider. It's actually a more complicated balancing process than you'd think. I promise we are doing the best we can.
