Haven't received the certificate for Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 (Python)

I had appeared for the exam-Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 (Python) on 16-01-2022. I have received a Badge but no certificate is being issued even after lapse of 12 days. I have also raised the request [#00130975] but no reply received. Can you please look into it?

We do not provide certifications anymore (due to the new LMS migration), only Badges are issued.
