Not able to see certificates of my completed databricks certifications on customer academy portal

Hi,

I am not able to see certificates of the following completed databricks certifications on ‘https://customer-academy.databricks.com/’ portal (My Activities - Databricks Learning)

1.      Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 2.4

Attached are the certificates of the aforementioned completed databricks certifications

Please note that all Databricks Academy credentials (accreditations and certifications) are now stored in credentials.databricks.com and are no longer in Databricks Academy. 

We have moved to a digital certificate and badging system, which is more secure and allows for digital verification.

To access your credentials, please go to credentials.databricks.com and in the upper right-hand corner, click on Sign In.

On the Sign In page, you can either provide your email and password if you have an Accredible account (we use Accredible to store your credentials), or, you can retrieve your credentials without a password.

Note: To view certification exam credentials, please provide the email address you used when you registered for the exam with Kryterion on webassessor.com/databricks.
