Badge not recieved after passing exam

Hello

I passed Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate on 08/29/2022 but have not recieved the badge on accredible and need help.

Also, is there any other way to get support on certifications other than reaching community? I was thinking that there should be a way to open a ticket directly. If not this should be established for test takers.

Thank you Hubert. Generally how long do they take to respond? After raising a request there is no way to check the status either - which is not helping from a certificate taker point of view
