Lakehouse Fundamentals Badge

I watched all the videos required for me to attempt the quiz to get the Lakehouse Fundamentals badge. I have registered on the Databricks training site. However I get a "Forbidden 403" error when I click on the "Take the quiz" icon. What could be the issue?
