Destination Path of Cloned Notebooks

Hi, for my project I need to get destination paths of cloned notebooks. But when I run the query to get them:

''SELECT DISTINCT request_params.destinationPath
FROM system.access.audit
WHERE service_name = "notebook"and
action_name = 'cloneNotebook'
LIMIT 5
''')

I am getting some numbers, not readable path like the following:

/2833172120372608/3214984686812385/171678592448115

I do see the final number,171678592448115, is the notebook ID, but I need a programmatic way to do this. I should ideally be getting something like /Users/{name}/{notebook_name}... Is there any way to decode those numbers?
